I had a great time at this hotel! The staff were really friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, and I loved that there were connecting doors for families. The hotel is located near a beautiful national park, making it perfect for nature lovers like me. The garden and surroundings were absolutely stunning, with lush greenery and a peaceful atmosphere. And to top it all off, the prices were very reasonable for what you get.
All in all, I really enjoyed my stay and couldn't find anything to complain about.

The close visinity to Khao Yai National Park
Facilities could/should be updated.

This place is run down and needs a lot spedning to make it up to the standard of resorts close by. We saw some better resorts nearby that were far supeior to this one but at a lower price. A fair price would be 700 bht per night not the 1600 we paid

The hotel is conveniently located near the national park and it's easy to arrange transportation back to the bus station. We even got to see a wild elephant during our visit. The staff were polite, friendly and accommodating, and the tour guides were helpful. The room was comfortable with good air conditioning and the grounds were well-kept. One highlight was the relaxing swimming pool and waterfall feature.
The wifi signal was weak in some areas, which made it difficult to do any online work or use our devices.

The best thing here where the tours you can do in the national park. Book the 1,5 day tour and ask for Mister A as your guide. Then you will have a great jungle experience. He really has the eyes of a hawk and let you see everything in the park. Also he is a great photgrapher and helps you make the best pictures.

I enjoyed the tour at Khao Yai National Park, although the room was not very clean.
There are loads of bugs, animals, etc roaming around at night which made it not very comfortable. The price is outrageous!

The room setup was spacious, staff were friendly and accommodating, pool was clean, breakfast was hearty, and they went above and beyond to accommodate requests.
Can't fault anything about it.

The only decent thing about the place is the two tour guides are excellent, especially great with kids. Everything else is terrible...
Facilities in a shocking state - shower fell off the wall, no hot water in the bathrooms, service in the restaurant was so slow (1hr 20mins from order to arrival for basic Thai food). Feels like a hotel that is close to being abandoned by its owners......

The food was good, the staff was very nice and the tour was good.
The room - although very large - was a bit dusty. The garden has a lot of potential but was not very wel kept.

The grounds were nice and it was easy to see wildlife around. , the swimming pool was small, but refreshing. The breakfast was pretty good and filling. It was easy to get to the hotel from the main road.
The room was old, dirty, and the bathroom was not functional. We had to wait for a long time for the staff to handle check-in, as one staff member had stepped out.

The hotel offers great value for money and is located amid lush greenery in a beautiful garden. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.
All was satisfactory; no improvements needed.

On my recent trip, I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and kind, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They even packed me a breakfast sandwich the night before as I had to leave very early the next day. The room set-up was very spacious and clean, with all toiletries and tea-making facilities provided. I also enjoyed relaxing at the hotel's clean pool which had a comfortable temperature. In terms of location, it was perfect for seeing the wildlife of the park as it was located next to Khao Yai National Park. Breakfast was also hearty and included in the price.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.
